Yes, bcoz he was such a gentleman that despite the forced marriage she just could not resist him. And he knew the only way to get close to her was to wait for the right time and win her. And wait he did.

She knew he loved her but still never feared him or doubted him. She had that trust on him always which was a stark contrast with the way she looked at AB in spite of their great love story.

Remember during cancer track in Panchmeshwar she was scared that he will touch her and she bit his head off screaming and shouting that "go away, don't come near me and all." All AB was doing was handing back her red dupatta and she thought he is taking a chance on her.

@bold, this shows how much they had come through time. The initial days when he was anxious, fumbling and smiling like a teenager to ask her out for a date to this time. I am referring to the time when he asked her out after Prem's death and the way he blushed once she agreed.

But the thing which remains constant is the fact that he remained equally keen to drop everything at the drop of a hat for her and she was his 1st priority. Back then he didn't anticipate that she would even agree, but now he can afford to even forget his date as P gave him all the security in the world. How cutely he apologizes to her.

And it was worth the wait! He had to go through so much to endure it and best part was P understood that pain equally. In fact, in her own words, whenever RB tried to hurt her knowingly or unknowingly, he was the one who would feel more pain.

Pain was the strongest of the bonds and the roots of PRB. And hence I expect to fall in love with RB2 only if he can portray that pain again.

If RB 2.0 has its predecessor's pain, I'm willing to fall in love, again.

Yeah, he did even remove his hand from the pocket to reach out to her shoulder but then just retracted back as he didn't know how she would react and whether their contract allowed it or not he was confused as a businessman.🤣 was such a gentleman in every way! Similar scene I can think of was in Panchmeshwar, the strong wind forced Prerna to just move in the face of RB and the way he then tugged his blazer around her. And oh boy! the dialogues she gave to cissy were just awesome. Mr. Bajaj ke saath mein chahe romance karo ya kuch aur, tum kaun hote ho kuch bolne wale.

And how she defended even before RB could, Mr. Bajaj na toh mere liye ajnabi hain na is kamre ke liye, is liye unko knock karke ane ki zaroorat nahin hai.

How AB thought he had all the rights on P even after marrying and sleeping with Aparna is beyond my sanity. Was so happy P put him in his place and then defended RB equally fiercely. The look on RB's face was worth watching. He was just speechless and kept thinking when did this promotion happen. But P was at her lowest then and RB built her all the way up then. Though I don't know how anyone can resist RB for 8 years despite living with him in the same house

Haha! That Panchmeshwar scene was too good. Despite the lack of any physical intimacy between them, she was deeply comfortable and safe in his presence because she knew he's never going to touch her without her consent.

@Bold - That demands research. 😆 What happened in episode 678 should have been done in the Panchmeshwar scene itself.

Epi 678 was also worth the wait. It was built up through so many previous episodes. Her inhibitions on their wedding night. That malaysia scene with all flower decoration. Oh how I hated cissy when he interrupted and how well RB took it and just left for the hospital. Then, the night he comes back from USA trip and Sneha comes banging the door. in this, I just loved the expression portrayed by ST when she goes to check on RB and Sneha later. She was so mushy and madly in love with RB then. On their first night she was not comfortable to cross the physical level but in this look it said all. She loved RB then too, but was still skeptical. With this this look she beautifully conveys that now she is ready to cross that bridge, rather looking forward to it even more than RB.

Her discomfort on their wedding night contrasts well with the boldness she displayed in 678. Indeed...she was looking forward to it more than RB.

Remember when he went out after their marriage and he got into accident and prerna was calling calling and went after him. Rishabh called out her name and she could feel his connection through her soul and woke up in car saying mr. bajaj

Oh I loved that one. She went in search of RB with AB🤬 when he had gone to Panchmeshwar.

Actually there is a history leading to it. On her wedding night she hesitated when RB came close to her and then RB went away. So next day before going to Basu house for pag phera, she left a note for him saying if he comes to pick her up she will assume he has forgiven him.

So then next day she kept waiting desperately for him to come and pick her up, but only got a call from RB saying he had to leave for work urgently and hence will not come to pick her up.

So madam was restless to know her hubby dearest was mad at her or ok or what and so she set out to meet him. There is a lovely scene in car with AB where she behaves as a kid and says she will not go to Bajaj house until RB comes back from his trip to pick her up.

In the meanwhile there is storm in Panchmeshwar so she can't stop herself from going there and it is then while searching for RB she feels it when he utters her name. RB was little hurt and in hospital and when he gains consciousness he says 'Prerna' the first thing. And P was just tensed with eyes closed in car with AB when she feels that with a gasp. It was a symbolic way to show their strong connection.

Such a strong connection they had
