I am glad that you agreed to Chaaru's comment. I also understand your perspective but please give some time to CVs. As Chaaru said, they have just started Mumbai Track and they are building the plot and introducing the new characters.
See, when we went to school, we did not directly jump to tables in mathematics. Teachers introduced us to the counting first, the numbers and then we started learning the advanced things. Same thing is here. CVs can't directly jump to Sameer and Naina's career. They need to show the basics as well. And they have introduced so many characters because they will all have a role to play in this new journey. All the characters are balancing each other.
For example, whenever in an equation one side is rising, there is a negative coefficient to balance out that equation. Like, for an accelerator in a car, there is a brake. In same way, to reduce the negativity of Vanita's behavior, they have introduced Sejal ( who seems supportive) or Shivani ( who seems helpful). And now they can't show just one member from a family so they have introduced Jatin as Vanita's husband and Sejal's FIL, MIL, etc. And it was necessary to show Preeti's MIL/ family to support Samaina in this Mumbai Journey.
So, I'd suggest you to wait for coming episodes. I am sure everyone's role will be visible and Shivani's confusion will also be cleared. And also, I'd like to know what are you liking in Mumbai Track as a separate post. 😊 It will help us to maintain the balance ( as I gave an example earlier) and spread some positivity as well. I'll be waiting eagerly for that.
