Kudos to Pearl for transitioning from Mahirji to Raghbir really smoothly. He has indeed soar far and high; he shines even brighter today. Despite having the same face both characters are so very different that they really seem like two separate individuals.

Am I the only one who sees glimpses albeit small glimpses of Mahirji? Maybe its THAT face. But I feel Mahirji's character was different; just the smile with Bani is the same; BUT you have to remember that Mahirji was trying to woo his wife for 6 months and here Raghbir and Bani are already in love. I just think if Mahirji's character was extended; like if we thought what that other character could ahve been without the restraints put on him by a supernatural show we could have got the glimpses that we see when Raghbir is with Bani.

@Purple - these two are the only characters with brashness that indian tv has; and yes that is what we are saying Raghbir is different -- thank the Lord for small mercies. Had he been another ASR, i would have been so angry and yet so unable to stop watching because THAT face; and well had he been SSO I would have been very indifferent. I do not think PVP can make Raghbir SSO or ASR; i think he has this inherent goodness that will still shine through regardless of how brash Raghbir is.

@Red - The mocking got waaaaay too much on the other forum; UGH i would seeth in anger. The mocking was just a whole other level of something-ness that I was just unable to fanthom. The amount of vitriolic slander towards another human; UGH!!!

P.S. give it a little time and u will stop searching Mahir ji in Raghvir and realize Raghvir is nothing like Mahir ji...I feel Mahir was the knight in shining armor...he will always do the right thing and his reaction in Raghvir's case wouldn't have been same...his self destruction would be short span not yr after yr and he wouldn't let himself hurt others, he would seek justice upfront then turn to stone inside....his reactions would be cold while Raghvir is a volcano that erupts and takes out everything around it... right now that volcano is preparing to erupt...also unlike Mahir Raghvir I think can play real dirty if the reasons are right... Mahir will always try to do right while Raghvir when needed can do by hook or by crook...I love Mahirji but I like Raghvir with his flaws too...and yeah both can love with everything...just reactions are different...I personally...once I love a character they become separate people stored permanently in my head...so then what the actor does after doesn't matter...I could love a character and not like the actor without any problem...so basically Mahirji is still living happily with Bela and Raghvir is mourning Bani somewhere else...but everyone is not crazy like me.🤪..so give it a little time...🙂

Aparna is good; and she is very pretty; a different pretty from Mahirji ki Bella who is my fav but still pretty. His smiles when he is with Bani just make me melt. Like you could pour me into a glass that is the extent to which his smiles melt me (OMG you have no idea how refreshing it feels to be able to say this without the judgement ki ranis buzzing around and judging me for liking him.)

His eyes are deadpan because Bani is deal and he is hurting; i think PVP works well with characters that are sketched out wella nd BT seems to ahev really worked on this character; Also I think he was doing look tests and promos and fittings before he started the actual shoots.

Zulfein fans do not know that before I knew of my Mahirji i liked their MB's Arjun playing zulfein lehra-ing boy also; now off course i do not have eyes for anyone else but they cannot beat me. I love LOVE angsty heroes with soul crushing pains and problems also; but my most favourite Mahirji did not make small issues big but he was all perfection . I mean yes there are other heroes that make mountains out of mole hills and have trust issues and act like the Ramji to their heroine's Sita so at least PVP has played 2 characters who are human. YES! he does have respect but i am hoping i get to see scenes here that i did not see PVP perform elsewhere; like his friend dropping him off and saying 1. Bhabhi jaan sambha liye apni amaan 2. the tears he cried; as Mahirji his reactions were VERY controlled.

Depnds what guys see; some guys might like a ditzy, non chalant girl; there is no accounting for what guys fall for.

Exactly...and Pearl went from all warmth and lovey eyes to this my world has ended deadpan character so smoothly...I mean some people need months to get out of 1 character and get into another...and this guy who people say didn't act very well before Naagin 3 1yr back just created this completely different persona just like that even before the previous one ended...only real good actors can do that...

Never even saw this Mahabharata...only seen the our childhood one...and Zulfein I didn't even like his looks, still don't care for him personally... it's just this Abeer character who is entertaining and I think now I m gonna lose interest now that things are getting serious and same old drama will start I m sure...

I think we will get to see many new things through Raghvir...btw the guy has such swag....😎 Mahirji was a controlled person, he didn't react loudly...only Bela could get him to open up a little in privet with her... otherwise he is a very calm cool person...u have to be when u are basically the only real adult managing ur crazy family, business and parents....

Yes we should really stop the comparison right... And yeah we will never truly know...but I feel: yeah Mahirji would be self destructive too in a way...but seeing how controlled he is how he is unable to express loud and clear unless it's with Bela...I feel he would shut down... maybe react alone sometimes but never in front of anyone else...and completely shut down emotionally... remember how when thinking Mahir dead Bela said k long as I m breathing I m alive it stops I will die, that's it... nothing to live for anymore? That's how Bela's Mahirji would be too I feel...but yeah I guess we would never know... anyway let's not talk about him anymore otherwise once we start about him we will never stop😆
