I think the most affected is Varun - he really wanted Kalank to work and even if he heard that KJo will give prominence to Alia he probably never truly believed in the rumours that he changed so much to make Alia so.. prevalent in every scene..

SO I think he got a bit of an ..emotional hit.. I think he realised just when he saw the final cut.. how much KJo messed the project.

Alia's also hit but she'll grin and bear cause she's safe with good projects yet again!.. thanks to KJO.

Surely her confidence took a hit. TBH I wish all Dharma movies were failing so KJo stops this silly infatuation to cast Alia in everything- only by all his movies failing he'll get the message.

KJo is fighting really hard to keep the financing for Brahmastra going- word is that they haven't got enough money..that's why they shoot in 'slots'.

KJo is also trying to garner foreign investors for TAKHT... but I do not think he succeeded.. as he came back from New York looking gloomy.. No one but someone like ..a money launderer (?) would givee money to a PH that's delievered a massive disaster and a flop, one after another.

I hope they take the signs that it means quit with nepotism. I miss all rounders in Bollywood.

Kalank flopping impacted Varun because this was his first big budget movie and it flopped badly. So producers might be hesitant to give him big budget movies... Aloo already bagged the big budget movies so she still got a chance to prove herself.
