The anomaly in AJ's age

Okay so I've been wondering this ever since Angad's entry on the show

Don't u guys remember that childhood pic of Akshat and Angad?

FACT 1 :- AJ doesn't look much older than Angad therein ( maybe an age gap of 4-5 years will do )

FACT 2 :- Angad is of the same age as Guddan ( show' s fact)

So my QUESTION is that AJ and Angad having such a small age gap whilst Guddan being of the very same age as Angad ... how come for the love of God is there a GENERATION GAP between Akshat and Guddan ?????

No I don't think so there is a generation gap bw akshan as Nishant also said in his sabras radio interview ki Akshat is about 40 ...that means he can be in his late 30s jahan tak mujhe lagata ..hai ...

Agar Akshat ki shadi 25 ki Umar me b hui hai ...to antara Ka 15 Saal pahle Karna use 40 ...ya 10 12 Saal pahle marina use 35 ya 37 Ka banata hai....or angad Hoga 34 32 Ka kyonki 10 Saal pahle agar angad ko ek ladki se pyaar tha to wo Kam se kam 22 Ka to Raha Hoga naa....

Or guddu hai apni 24 ki isiliye angad ki age guddu k age k nazddeek ki h ....

there were 2 different pictures used.

While in one it looks 4-5 years gap, the other says about 10 years of gap with one looking months old & another about 10.

I seriously don't think the small glimpses of pictures we saw were supposed to be taken as fact of reference to their age. Since it appeared for only 5 sec.

It was used for the sake of using a picture to covey dadi's sorrow to the audiences according to the demand of the scene.

The scene demanded 2 kids to be in the picture, so they just put any old picture available to them with 2 kids in it. So those pictures can't be taken as facts.

If pictures are to be taken as facts, 1st we need to find out who is siddhi's real brother out of the 2 ?

To me both kids look different.

& Angad being of same age as of Guddu, was only said by Durga no one else. She was doing it to manipulate him. Durga's words can't be taken as facts especially when her intention was to manipulate him.

At that time Angad's mental state was far worse than now, being locked up for over a decade, he is not supposed to have sense of time & date passing. His mind was stuck in the time his so called bride left him i.e. 12 years back. So at that time may be he was of Guddu's age & he accepted Durga's words.

+ if he was going to marry 12 years ago, he must not have been less than 18 at least. So that makes him atleast 30 now. He is closer to Guddu's age than AJ.

To be honest, I think age discussion should take a back seat now. Since makers & actors have repeatedly referred AJ being over 40, & Guddu being half his age. Generation gap is a basis of the show, a basis of Akshan. If it is not there, its cheating the audiences for more than 200 episodes. In the show, AJ too accepts he is a lot older than Guddu & has a generation gap. Baki zaroorat ke mutabik reveal kiya jayega. I don't know about other's but I feel irritated seeing this discussion over the exact number repeatedly. Yes offcourse if one doesn't like, one can ignore a topic, but if this happens everyday, atleast I can't stop my mood from being spoiled.

Guddu being 24 was said by bua who met Guddu only for one day.

It was according to bua's character, she didn't ask anyone, she just made an assumption seeing Guddu in saree & such people have habit of increasing a girls age to make her sound more nalayak.

Nishant said 2 things 1st "about 40", 2nd "40 year old"

& 1st when he said that "about 40", he was talking about his reluctance in taking up the role in the beginning. Now if the hero was anywhere in his 30s why so much reluctance ?

"about" is most probably a slip of tongue . We don't need to take & analyse deeply every word he pronounces in interviews. Its him who said in another interview, Guddan is basically half his age.

Agreed. Well I think the cvs either think the audience suffers from memory loss or the cvs themselves suffer from memory loss. They have always been inconsistent with the ages or timeline.

1. One point they say Antara died 12 years ago and at another they say she died 15 years ago.🤣
2. Once they said Guddan is 21-22. Now they say Guddan is 24. Arrey bhai show mein 1 saal ka leap kab aaya🤣
3. How did Dadi manage to give birth to someone as young as Angad (if he is Guddan's age) considering the biological clock of a female bodyShe looks way too old to give birth to someone even 30 years ago.
4. Did Angad fall in love with he was 12 year old since they keep saying he is of Guddan's age and fell in love 12 years ago🤪

I honestly dont care about the explanation. This post is just to point out the inconsistency of the writer and cvs.

@Bold, they never mentioned when Antra died to be exact. People assumed it as a fact cause, it was mentioned, something happened 15 years back since than AJ is the son's father.

example, the character of Severus Snape was of someone in 30s during the harrypotter series but Alan Rickman started playing the role when he was in his 50s

Exactly .. this is a casual yet significant fact

Won't mind howsoever coz Akshan's chemistry is unbeatable anyway but still
