My chief point was that actors would be keen on playing such iconic characters. Writers might mess them up...that's another thing.
@bold: I beg to differ, I do not think that not many A-list TV actors would be keen to play Bajaj no matter how iconic the previous version of him was, may be this is why Ekta is still having difficulties to finalize a name for the role even though she has created the hype around his entry from a month back or so.
However, I am very sure that Ekta will manage to cast someone big and good of an actor as Bajaj, this is her last hope to enhance the quality of the show.
I think EK had finalized the name before the second week of May. Her Instagram posts and replies suggest that she had shortlisted three men and the final name was disclosed to the FL on the occasion of her birthday. Also, on being asked about the actor, she replied 'he's very hot' with a conviction which again suggested that the name has been finalized. I agree with your concluding paragraph.
I think Ekta did finalise ksg but now it seems like that there are some issues, otherwise ksg was locked in a 100%
Why would anyone want a lady who is highly dependent and doesn't have much self esteem, is beyond my understanding.
I dont want Pre with Anurag or bajaj. I rely can't understand why everyone wants Pre to be with Anurag. The relationship is so toxic and after everything wrong anurag has done to her, this girl still forgives him and happily dreams about him!!
Why does a woman always need a man , is what I don't understand. Pehle apni pehchaan banao.
My parents keep telling me, get married soon, u r 29. I tell them, till I don't establish my career and become somebody, there is no way I will marry.

I completely agree with you, I would pray that, you get a husband that is not dominating, controlling, and treats you equally and does not expect you to just be a follower!!
Women really have to be strong these days or else their husbands take advantage of their kindness, they have to be firm, when will Ekta show a female lead as a strong woman who makes he rown decisions and has an identity of her own instead of just putting others before her, I am nto saying you have to be selfish, but thinking about oneself and putting yourself as a priority and not doing things to please otehrs always is not selfish, but selflove

Season 1 were not losers, their offscreen issues made makers to make pre to move on, but first 3 years, their love story was good, honestly in the first 3 years I could connect with their love story, here, intimate scenes are there, but no basis for it.
