No they can never butcher her otherwise she would not let Rukhsar meet Yasmine. She will still have humanity but will not want to fall in love. Like they did not made Aladdin into heroine hating arrogant hero they won't make Yasmine into a vampish heroine. It will ruin the original book characters.

I'm more confused than ever. So, current Alladin died and his story is done. The whole Alladin naam to suna hoga is done now? This promo is entirely different storyline or continuation to a leap? Please somebody tell me.

Nope that is same storyline , but in new way and look .. the First season was about aladin's defeat . now in season 2 will show jafar's defeat .

Its 1 year leap. They showed at the end of the episode.
