BOI is still not giving full fledged verdict for 2018 yet has come with ths classification for 2019 ..Perhaps they are not able to digest Ranveer Singh's Padmaavat and Simmbaa beating the hell out of every khan movies in 2018 also they have to declare him the star of 2018 ...

BOI verdicts come late generally tbh. Last year too, 2017 movies full verdict came by as late as September or October. AAnd October is at most a below average or average fair, while Sui Dhaga is a hit, I don't know why people make it like it is a flop.

BOI never lists movies below "below average" in their classification like these

this list clearly indicates kalank is either flop or disaster

they don't inc flop and disaster movies in these lists coz there are so many B/C/D grade movies too which belong to that list..hence they end it at below average

as for SOTY 2..it is a failure..this clearly states 10 successful movies being counted till average..soty 2 is 11th and below average
