He was good in his debut and also was good in aurangazeb and 2 states.

I guess he is just not as ambitious.

I found him to be more talented than Varun dhawan.

I mean when they came on KWK, Arjun had a better personality than Varun.

He needs better scripts and roles.

Also just coz he is on the heavier side doesn't mean he cannot be in this field. There is no criteria that actors should be a certain way. Bollywood has to certainly think beyond looks and delve deeper into good scripts.
