They can distribute 50% of Basu share holdings but still the control of those 50 % will be with the Basu's so there is no way Bajaj can take over Basu Business unless there is some black sheep in that family(usually it is actually 54%).So these cvs without doing any homework will deffo get some twist inside to mess the business legal issues.

There are soo many loop holes.. with regards to this matter, S1 was better written with logical issues and reasons.. not lame excuses.. Be it Anurag’s reason to marry Komo or the reason for Prerna to sacrifice and marry Bajaj..

Gear up for another illogical and hilarious/lame excuses for Basu to lose everything..

Its all the curiosity thats keeping the TRP up..

That is so called women empowwrment lol..what logic what message. I can clearly see this happening in this serial too. After all they just repeat and copy paste mata others show any way. TRP race has destroyed the show main usp.. its soo sad. Lately I cant connect to the lead.. which help me to switch my mind easily this day.. but soo sad that show has such a potential but all for TRP Audiance and some LALA Fans.30 percent of fan who love logical show.. we are nothing. Erica said base n essence of the story is same. Any n komo marriage. Moloy coma n Rajesh dead. All seem to match. So prerna n bajaj marriage also will match.
