when I said Anurag is fine, I did not mean he was correct, I meant I found him more relatable, coz, he is rightfully guilty for his deeds and hesitating or apprehensive or Pres intentions. But Pre, she doesn't even remember her insults, doesnt even care for her fathers death. Bit pre, could be shown as having other interests in life apart from Anurag and basus, they don't give growth to her character. That's what I don't like.

This is EXACTLY what I mean! He has not said sorry or said he is guilty. He hasn’t said to to prerna but he also hasn’t said it to AnuPam or anyone. And yet here you are reading things into his mumbling. I didn’t read any of the things you said. To me he was doing the same mumbling he did for weeks when he was hesitant to tell prerna he loved her. But you are willing to give hjm tbe benefit of doubt but give the worst possible interpretation to prerna actions.

Btw, mily this is all a theoretical discussion for me about fictional characters where I am arguing my point of view. Please don’t take it personally and argue back. It’s all fun.

None of them do... All the hype about the ideal man, ideal friend, good brother or sharp business man.. clever boy has gone to waste..

What irony.. He was angry and u can truly see in his face when Komo was saying bad things about Nivi and Mo.. but he was normal when his mother slapped Pre knowing that Pre wasnt at fault..

All the characters are badly sketched.. Ekta Kapoor dedicated Woman’s day to Prerna Sharma.. Women Empowerment.. I was hopeful then.. But today, as Prerna Sharma has now crossed her second kasautii, and this time on her own, I still cant understand where women empowerment comes from...

Yes she defeated Komo.. but she is still in BB, still hoping to live a life with the man she loves despite the fact that they have all treated her like trash.. Even until today, her mother in law has realised or acknowledge her mistakes... forget about apologising.. Mohini will be the first one to point fingers at Pre again tomorrow..

ppl on SnS are blaming Veena Ma and that she should apologised to Anurag.. oh really... she did what she thought was right at that time..

See the reason why Prerna’s growth matters to me is because thats the only character I am interested in.. For me they have butchered Anurag to the core and there will be more to come.. So, for my own sanity, I just ignore him and dnt let myself absorb his character or act anymore..

But I really want to see Prerna as a girl who will only emerge stronger and stronger after everything that life will throw at her..

For me, both are not likable. Anurag, who has a mahaan-God-complex , kept humiliating Prerna to "save her" . If a man can't respect you in front of others, he doesn't deserve your love!

And Prerna, I sympathise more with her coz she was at the receiving end of Anurag's nonsense plans and got jilted after being made pregnant. I even supported her when she came in Basu bari for revenge. But since one month her aim was more of Anurag accepting her. What happened to all that humiliation, pain etc? Didn't she want to avenge him? Her love for Anurag has made her so weak, that his one smile makes her go weak in her knees.

But still for me , I will choose Pre anyway over Anurag. I can't stand him these days.

It's only Parth and Erica's acting and excellent chemistry that salvages this show , otherwise both the lead characters are not well written.

I have some hopes after watching their scenes today.. I dont think Prerna has forgotten or let go of those moments..

she still looks upset with Anurag for the way he treated her, for not trusting her and for hurting her..

Its not like she has forgotten everything overnight and lets play hubby and wifey in private as well.. for the world they are married but for Pre, Anu still needs to clarify few things to her..

she said to him to drop me to my place and not my mother’s place..

we just need to wait and watch on how they develop her character.. I am glad that she didnt melt and forgot everything that happen..

she loves him and she is his weakness but I can still see the self respect somewhere
