In my state my local government retained their hold. BJP did ok and Congress improved. Congress results were a shocker.

Did someone say Modi was targeted by the opposition? LMFAO no one in the history of politics might have been as humiliated as Rahul Gandhi by the opposition. BJP PR bought many twitter influencers at God knows what price to support BJP and mock/spread hate for rival parties and it's leaders.

Well consumption of lamb meat, pork and dairy products are equally responsible for the increasing carbon footprint in the environment. Why aren't those meats banned in the country as well? Why are dairy products not banned too? Peace loving vegeterians swear by Paneer. Why don't they ask for ban of the same knowing the condition of cows kept in farms and how the milk that is given by cows for calves is taken for sale? Why aren't all these pressing issues addressed as well while banning beef? Aren't all animals the same? Shouldn't every animal's life be treated by the same respect and seen over personal preference?

Then why is that it's only beef that is targeted? Why are all these carbon footprint and CO2 emission reasons only reserved for beef meat and no other meat that faces no ban in the country? Your thought might not be related to any concerned party but try seeing it through the idea of Indian politics and you will see why only beef is targeted in the country. It has nothing to do with personal preference. Nothing to do with carbon footprints. It has only got to do with divisive politics and religion. Nothing else.

Rahul Gandhi may or may not be that bright but he still is a respectful human being and doesn't spread unnecessary hate for his gain.

He brings that humiliation upon himself tbh. At today's presscon he was laughing like a fool. And as soon as it ended his team spread news of him "offering" resignation and mommy rejecting it. 😕 who can take him seriously after all this?

Smriti was the one who was humiliated and shamed at every step but she did her ground work and won.
