Epi 22.05...Bade Bade shehron mein, choti choti baaten hoti rehti hai!

Samaina romance and kabab mein haddi. VO was right, yeh haddi yeh khud laaye sath mein. Samaina are already imagining Sam as the super star and how he or their love shouldn’t change. SS wants to rest, rightly so, itna physical labour kar liya in old age. Samaina ka dil is actually not in line with their brains so chal diye Hathon mein hath. Preeti ki saas comes in time to remind them and also pushes SS to go with the kids explaining the big city routes. Seriously, this is one thing, that I was used to but post 40, it is such a bane to travel to work long distance and being stuck in traffic. I really envy all smaller cities who save loads of time this way which can be put to better use.😡

Samaina are about to leave with SS when Secretary ka Chamcha guard tells them, “hero baad mein bann Lena, pehle, heroine Secretary se mil lo”. Good the trio didn’t listen to secretary ka Chamcha.

Samaina and SS take an auto. Auto driver bhi hero bann ne aaya tha, 7 years back. Hero nahi ban paya toh auto driver bann gaya. Don’t worry auto wale Bhayya, humara Sam zyada smart or talented hai, hero nahi bana, toh writer, producer, director ban jayega. But Samaina or SS ke expressions dekhne wale the.🤗

Samaina reach Anant Mahadevan’s office. Receptionist only takes them seriously once sifaarish letter is shared. Samaina are waiting and waiting and Sam is smitten by Shilpa Shetty’s photo much to SS’s disgust. Sam smart hai, palat ke bola, “how do you know that is Shilpa Shetty” jawaab do Rakesh?😆 Naina is sprinkling water on the bouquet as she doesn’t want to take any chances to anger Anant Mahadevan and him not selecting Sam.❤️ That was so cute and so Naina, 11 rs ka Prasad bhi chadhayegi. Yeh Aggarwals ka standard denomination hai.

Meanwhile Naina notices a girl who is smoking and is shocked. Yeh un dinon Sach mein shocking hi tha, even in big cities. Rakesh reprimands during the break time but in actual epi, mute kar diya. Ironing wala romance scene bhi edit kar diya, Kyon? Samaina scenes tum edit karate ho SSP Walon, yeh aansoon humare behte hain, kyon? Kyon SSP kyon? Kyon ki Samaina aur hum toh kab ke ek ho chuka hain.🤣( Sorry - bad joke. I am in between meetings and have time to kill, isliye tum sab ko paka rahi hoon).

Preeti ke hairstylist banne ke lakshan bhi dikhayi diye aaj.👍🏼

Episode was good...liked how preetis saas explained all the modes of transport to reach mahalaxmi ....bus train auto....and samaina and rakeshs bewildered expressions😆...also the way preeti gets her own way...seekhna padega kuchh usse😆

...atleaat they are showing some path to her becoming stylist beautician and not just pallu wali bahu👍🏼

And i agree with you Uma...its nice to see naina supporting sam coz till date its been the other way around..but i meant more from money angle..as sam is still struggling ideally she can look for a job..or some kind of work atleast till he settles down...in order to support the family🤗

Liked the vo on the smoking topic yesterday...smoking in any case is wrong...but if a girl smokes in public her character is judged...which is true even today

Hi Mrugali! Yes election fever is on totally. Preeti is smart one. She is managing not only one but two saas at he same time👏her hairstyling gig will be interesting, considering how her mom in law is.

You are right about Naina taking up work. It can give some stability to them while Sam explores but I guess Sam may not like that. Smoking and women, true but it’s better now than 90s.

Yeah which secretary summons like that. It was OTT. Tonight’s epi will be difficult for Samaina. It’s a reality check. I am sure RD, Ashi and Chandresh must all know how it feels and must have gone through many rejections to reach where they have.👍🏼 It is a difficult industry.

I think they completely edited that water boiling for Rakesh as well as him helping her ironing his T-shirt.

Anyways I am happy that got to see in spoilers. I used to avoid spoilers but for just Samaina scenes now I do watch don’t trust the editing team with their scissors.

Samaina scene was cute. Naina is all dreaming about him becoming a superstar and their bright future. Really it was so heartwarming but felt bad for them because they are in for rude shock and gonna face the harsh reality of glamour world.

I agree with Preeti’s MIL that you have to spend money carefully and loved how she convinced Rakesh to go with kids. It was good.

Auto scene was again well done. Auto drive came to become Hero but couldn’t make it.

I was like don’t worry our Kiddo will definitely do something creative and will be successful.

Anant Mahadevan office scene was also well done. So true without approach nothing can be done. I know talent matters but sometimes these things also do matter.

Sameer was looking at Shilpa Shetty photo and was smitten. I found it very cute. Randeep was really brilliant here. Last time also I said this in Ross’s thread during Dhak Dhak song. His expressions were bang on. Smitten look no cheap or vulgar reaction from him and that’s one thing I really admire about him. He gives it all when it comes to performing a complete natural performer.

Rakesh and Sameer’s argument was also good. Rakesh was taken aback and I loved it.

I know some may disagree with me but TBH I didn’t find Naina cute when she sprinkled water on those flowers. Praying to God for Sameer’s success yes it was cute and same thing came to my mind what’s with this 11 Rs.? Agarwal family funda I guess but sprinkling water was not cute. Eww! She put her hand in that glass and it was drinking water. I honestly hate when someone does that ,put hand in glass like this. Afterwards nobody can drink that water. Such a waste of water and it’s completely unethical if you ask me. She could’ve poured water on her hand instead of putting her hand in that glass.

About Preeti will comment next time. Even I found that secretory summon to Samaina was too OTT. Who does that? Come on they are new here. They must’ve so many things to do in new city but some people are like that. For them their authority matters and we have seen that in case of SS and Evil TT.

I agree. RDs expressions were so bang on. He is a natural actor and really wish him to make it big.

Never thought of it that way😆 I found it very typical Naina to do such stuff. I found it cute that she didn’t want Anant Mahadevan to get any chance to reject Sam even if it was something as crazy as upsetting him because the flowers weren’t fresh anymore. She didn’t want to take chances.

What I like is how Peeethi is being Preethi, giving back in her own way, and doing things she wants to do. I remember posts which talked about her sari look and what had become of her. But she is in a good place with good people and enjoying her life. She may not like kanjoos saas or Hate the economics lecture ever so often but she is happy!

Kanjoos P’s saas gave an idea about money and traveling in Mumbai. Who better to guide them.

Waiting for Anant Mahadevan, the recommendation letter brought out the fact that networking helps in getting that break. As much as I didn’t like that naina dipped her hand in the cup of water, the scene it showed their nervousness in waiting for so long, and making the right impression and you don’t think what you’re doing.

Sameer smitten by Shilpa Shetty sketch open mouth was bit too much for me. He was drooling rather than smitten. Rakesh calling him out was so correct and Sameer’s retort to him. They will always be this wonderful Jodi for me.

Secretary toh ek dum has a villain type behavior. Who demands new residents to stop by at her order. Building secretary Hai ya gang leader 😔

More Reality checks for Samaina on the way that life is not a bed of roses. And they are so over confident about Anant Mahadevan and Sameer’s hero wale looks....

Samaina and Rakesh's introduction to life in Mumbai is being shown well. Right from travelling to distant places, to the culture shock.. It is difficult to write such scenes, especially when the story is set in a distant past and also actors of this day have to portray all these convincingly. Randeep, Ashi and Chandreshji are doing a good job. 👏

Samaina have such high hopes. Let us see what happens today.

Preethi is trying her hand at hair styling chupke chupke.. wonder how the lady who sought her help got to know that she is into hair styling..

The episode was good. Loved samaina romance. Ab maine spoiler nahi dekha hai toh mujhe toh jitna mila utna hi pata hai. But loved what we got. Both of them are starry eyed and so innocent that they think sameer will become a hero as soon as they meet Anant Mahadevan. Loved their conversation that when he becomes a hero too their love wont change.

Secretary seemed ott. Both society one and office one. Kaun naye karaayedar ko aise meeting ke liye bulata hai woh bhi sab kaam chodke. Good they didnt listen.

Preethis MIL scene was good. Liked how she explained and convinced Rakesh to go with samaina. There was a hint about preethi becoming hairstylist in future. Lets see how cvs take this forward.

Anant Mahadevan office scene was nice. I liked the protective father in Rakesh yesterday. Loved how he reprimanded sameer saying naina ke hote huye shilpa shetty ko taad rahe ho. Loved father Rakesh here. How we used to long to see this side of rakesh for his daughter naina. Sameers expression was like ab yeh kya bol rahe hain and the way he quietened Rakesh was super. Like us even Rakesh knows that sameer cant even think of cheating naina but it was an instant reaction from a father.

Precap mein more trouble and hurdles for samaina. They will together cross these hurdles too.

Yeah Trupti said the same. But I found it very endearing. I thought Naina didn’t want to take the slightest chance, yes she was nervous, which is why she wanted to make sure nothing they do in any which way goes against Sam, even if it was something as far fetched as Anant Mahadevan rejecting Sam coz he is upset with the flowers not being fresh.

Yes there were spoilers which were big time edited. What is with this director? Even that Pushkar Pandit was good. I personally have no favourites as far as directors are concerned but after it was highlighted in Social media, I have now started noticing epis in which he directs and there are definitely issues relating to editing, continuity of scenes in epis directed by him. They are as if shot in a rush.
