Okay here is my theory regarding this

Maybe because she saved Dadi, Lakshmi & AJ back to back from the trap that Pervy set so he can marry Revati, and she got tired from all that.

Maybe during her rescue mission of her Pati, Saas & Bahu she got injured or maybe the snake bit her without her realizing because of her tension regarding Revati & Pervs wedding.
