Rabba mere Rabba Rabba still echoes when I think of this film 😆

Music of 2000s to mid 2000s were dope!

Even the flops of that time were repeatedly watchable than hits of this time. BW lost its touch and is in a downward spiral.

The music industry is close to dead.

Tusshar won all awards for male debut that year. And you may discount him but he is actually a decent actor and a dancer. He just does not have the "looks" of a quintessential hero. And he is the brain behind brand balaji's financial success. So itna bhi vella nahi woh 😁

Agree with you. Tushar wasn't that bad actor per se. He didn't have the looks for a hero so the movies he did didn't suit him.

This movie was good though..not bad..music was amazing..what worked the best was the simplicity..and i remember climax was highly praised..coz she went ahead with her ambition but the promise to return to her lover after completing studies..kinda progressive esp for 2001 times

it was also only after this success kareena became bonkers and started overacting to the T in almost all her movies except a few till omkara happened much later

very good music. kareena looked out of the world. movie was good too at that time. it was a superhit

Those are all my freakin jams!!!! I’m pretty sure the movie was a smash hit because of its music.

Guilty pleasure movie! ... 😳 .. Not to mention it was very inspiring as a kid seeing Kareena and her passion in the movie for her career/education!
