awww...so many actors are okay actors. Imran was goodlooking and a ok actor plus in the A-list and had KJo with him. wonder why he did not cash in and play the game. There were no starkids too around that time. He didn't have a PR and Aamir too did not back him when he fought with Kjo..batti hi karwa deta when Imran was being thrown out of films.

They did get married when he was at an all time career high but she did stand by him even when his career went downhill post GTPM so don't think the reason for the divorce is the failure of his career only. A lot must have happened for them to get divorced as Imran himself comes from a broken home. Failure does effect people in a negative way and they do become depressed. Wished they could have worked out their issues.

Although I agree with you I think the writer is also right: I guess she loved the attention she was getting. Not saying she didn't know him from before - maybe there the writer was wrong- just that MAYBE she liked him MUCH MORE when he became a successful actor.. and now that he's not so.. she likes him less..

Somehow like the Ambanis like to surround themselves with BW A listers.

Also the question is: Is this Avantika and her fam ..releasing this?? Pushing the news out there?#

Because who else cares THAt much about Imran and his personal life, to attack him , especially with such stuff?

Rofl... Avantika was anything but an attention hungry fame wh*re. She never was the type of person who basked in the limelight even when Imran was at his peak. No getting papped every other day or giving interviews, doing couple endorsements, magazine covers for her. She is no Mira Kapoor by any means. She always stayed away from the limelight. Even now they could have used their kid to grab some headlines like some other out of work actors do but they are not doing that. Imran comes from a film family and he is still friendly with a lot of bw insiders they do attend bw parties too but we hardly get to hear about them both because they are pretty low key.

As I said he comes from a film family and is an insider. These stories can come from his family's side or friend circle. People who know the family or the couple must know that things are over between for these stories to come out. Some member who did some digging of their ig also saw some evidence pointing to the effect. Why blame Avantika and her family ?

I doubt this is Avantika because of the claim she married him when he was at a career high. That makes her look bad. Avantika however is making sure to let people know something is wrong through her instagram recently. Just yesterday she posted something about no man can tell a woman she can or can’t go out. She’s definitely playing the “Imran was a control freak” angle without actually coming out and saying it. Ironically Imran was known as one of the few Bollywood stars who was a true feminist and believed in full equality. So based on all that this could be Imran lashing out at Avantika. Ironic to say the least, and sad.

I don’t know what’s going on with them. But they have a small child, a daughter no less. I feel that Avantika indirectly, but very cleverly, painting Imran in a bad light as far as his treatment of women is not a good move for their daughter in the long term. Let her have a good relationship with her father now and when she’s a teenager or a young adult and needs him even more. Once media starts following her plan Imran’s image can be damaged permanently.

This was exactly my feeling.

That she's not outright accusing him of stuff but trying to make him.. someone that she needs somehow to getb rid of.

Like a letter of apology to their friends..just in the form of a blind.

Avantika was always rich so she is no golddigger. But big career downturns can end up having an effect on a marriage for some people.

Imran has nothing going on so maybe he's depressed and unhappy.

Both husband and wife being home all the time hardly works either. It starts getting annoying and women more so want their husbands working regularly and making something of themselves. Nobody likes house husbands.
