She is the same person who confirmed in last year May that Eri is going to play the female lead in Dil Hi to Hai (which was hyped as K3G remake). Which later turned to be false.

So as of now, i believe that Eri is not going anywhere, unless it is for some better oppurtunities or taking a break as per doctors recommendation due to her recurring health issues. Whatever the end game is, i trust my babygirl Eri.😊
