According to a report by The Times of India, the actress is said to be miffed by Amitabh Bachchan for choosing to work with Emraan Hashmi.
For those who are wondering why? It is an old times tale when Emraan had appeared on the koffee couch and called her ‘fake and plastic’. The comment has left a deep scar in Aishwarya’s heart and she is still not over with it. Recently, in an interview with Jitesh Pillai, Aishwarya had stated that she thinks it is the most hurtful comment she has ever received.
However, when Emraan got to know Aishwarya still holds the demons of the past, he had stated, “She didn't say that it's my comment. She had just said that this comment is the worst. In the profile of the show, you have to be a bit controversial and funny. That is to win the hamper. I'm sure she is not speaking about me. But if she is, then I have said it in other interviews as well that I have immense respect for her. I think she is a very good artist.”
