So i used to be an relatively active member of india forum back when kuch rang pyar ke aise bhi was on air. I used to love that show and havent seen any serial since intriguing enough to write on. This show though i have had a soft spot for since when its first promos were aired. I feel how they handled her divorce, her cooking job, their relationship with hanuman singh is somethimg really unique which we dont get to see quite often on tv. The first time i was captivated by the story was when hanuman was giving that speech ti lala after ashok had insulted babita publicly in court. That speech somethung along the lines of men becoming monsters as soon as their ego is merely pricked even was a really powerful one. Amd coming from a male character, fir me it was even more special. Anyways about today, i was once again captivated by the hanuman and babita scene. The simplicity of it, the realness of it, the newness of it. Short slightly awkward words exchanged and a million things left unsaid expressed only through their body language. It really was beautiful to say the least. Firstly i think we need to appreciate that babita herself goes and seeks out his company. As it is women are not supposed to taks the first step, and the stigma attached to a divorcee woman doing so is far more as we have seen. So i just liked how she herself goes to talk and asks him to stay. Secondly, the next lines by hanuman that it was her bangles that woke him, and if she stopped those it would be her payal and then her jhumkas ....it was just wow. I havent heard such sweet simple and romantic things btw couples on tv ina long time. I got so excited actually that i even texted my friend that they were showing this. I think it was magical scene and i lovvvedd it. Soo this went on to be long enough post. Hope to be a bit more active now with this show
