Parul taking dance lessons on sets

Parul Chauhan, who plays Ragini in Babul Ka Sapna Bidaai, had a tough time shooting Kathak dance sequences for the show. But she has taken it up as a challenge and is practicing it on sets. Ragini is to participate in a dance competition to save Sadhna from being married off in the show.

Ragini's dance performance will be telecast in two days." I have never learnt any dance form before this. When they told me about this sequence, I had only three days for practice. It was not easy for me to do a continuous 20-seconds scene," she explains.

Parul even fainted during the shoot." I literary did it on one leg as the other leg was torn and I could not keep it on the floor. It was scary but I managed to do it. My director told me it had turned out nicely. We are going to perform on the song Kisna Hai from Kisna and Piya from Devdas," she reveals.

She also disclosed that her parents are going to perform hawan on her birthday.

" My parents will be doing it to bring me luck on my birthday on the 19th of March. They have returned to Lucknow and will be arranging everything. I have asked for holidays to go to my native for the hawan. So let's see, if I get holidays, I will definitely attend."

Currently in the show, Vasundhara wants Sadhna to get married to her son Alekh, who is mentally challenged. She has taken the entire property of Sadhna's family. But when Ragini decides to participate in the competition to help save Sadhna and her property, she realizes she is up against Dolly— Vasundhara' daughter
