Who chooses Anwesha's songs?- Page 2

I agree with the above post. You guys are playing into Gajji's hands. His very intention seems to have been to divide the fans of Aishwarya and Anwesha (and to thus, divide the votes between them, which will equal to whole lotta moolah for him). And it's working! Now, probably, many people who read these types of threads, who were previously fans of both these contestants might be siding with just one of them (most probably they will end up siding with Aishwarya, as she seems to be the recipient of alot of criticisms)- not good news for Anwesha since, regardless of how excellent she is, we all know she could use all the votes she can get, if indeed the fans want her to win this competition. There is no need to bash either one of these girls, they are both exceptional and have proven to possess the capabilities that will eventually lead to them having very bright futures. One can always praise a contestant without putting down another contestant.

well, i've been a silent reader of this section.....but had to post today........ash is a good singer, i have no doubt abt it.....but can anyone prove me her versatility......anwesha's singing is so versatile.....never has she repeated her style........whereas ash always chooses songs which only suit her....the day that is not the case, she falters..........someone can be called the best singer of the lot only if they r a cut above the rest......for me it has to be anwesha.......she can render any song in any style.........right from maiyya maiyya to jaane kya chahe mann......she has proved it again and again 👏

people who doubt aishwarya's versatility seriously need to rethink. what do u think abt today's performances? two totally different songs and still the best

I am disgusted to see the kind of songs Anwesha was given to sing. As a fan of this show I like to know what is the basis of choosing a song for a contestant to sing. Is this competition for the kids to do their best with songs that they can do justice to or is this a competition to play some kind of psychological games with certain kids for personal gain? Common how can you give Anwehsa "Yeh galiyan, yeh choubara". Songs like gaa re man piya, piya, I hated the moment I had heard Amitabh Bachhan singing the song. Why would some one choose a song like that for Anwesha and give Aishwarya to sing a song that appeals to most people.I am not saying that Aish should not get songs that she can do justice to but at the same time all the other kids deserve to be treated equally. It is too obvious that for some reason they are trying to promote Aish. Is this show for Aish to win then why don't they declare the winner and spare Anwesha and the other kids to go through such pain and agonizing humiliation. I am totally disappointed the moment I heard that Anwesha is getting sick due to lack of support and undue pressure.

I challenge Gaj..Give Anwesha the toughest song ever sung in the history of Bollywood music..

You are playing games with Anwesha but don't make it too obvious 😡 ..

Abilasha had the same problem in VOI. Some of the other contestants were just getting the bigger songs. A great singing performance with a forgettable or lesser known song isn't the best way to get votes. Earlier on she was getting very good song picks but sadly, the same can't be said now...

It looks like that's what the show producer wants 😡.

It will really serve him right if Gaj gets thrown out by the channel before the show ends...

I had not even heard the first song that Anwesha sang on Saturday... Agree that its a very tough song, with changing beats and all, and Anwesha made me like that song instantaneously, but if we really see - she probably got the least popular numbers... Yes, musically she outperformed on both the songs, but when in a format where its the junta deciding on who wons, connecting to them becomes equally equally important... and 70-80% of them will only go with the popular numbers! For the past many weeks, she seems to be suffering most because of the songs that have been given to her! And I fear, that will be continuing in the future too till she is asked to go!

Tomorrow if there is a classical song round, I am sure Anwesha will not get 'Kuhu kuhu bole koyaliya' or if there is folk lore - she will not get 'Kesariya balama'... She will have to settle with less popular and less challenging songs!!

How unfortunate for a singer of her class!!
