Loosing interest

Kainat was the reason i decided to give this show a try and later i continued watching because of Rajveers performance.

I was so bored of the overdose of bubbly outspoken girls in itv and wanted to watch the story of a simple soft spoken and sophisticated girl. But i am not happy with the way they are developing kainats character.. Why is she wanting to marry a man who outrightly rejected her.. I cant get her obsession over rajveer when she doesnt even know him properly.. totally disappointed.

Saltanat character trait is really good..i like that she doesnt follow religion and elders words blindly and raise voice whenever and wherever necessary but still rooted to her values.

But kainat and saltanat are just same as ragini and swara so far.. Whats new? I am not interested to see helly playing swara again.

Zaroons character is so human.. He has no issues with his parents planning and plotting and rather he too want to have the power n position.. He is selfish but he has his set of principles and wont stoop so low in getting what he wants.. He is so real and human.

I liked all his points when he is arguing with miya jaan in todays(tonights) episode.

Now coming to Saroon.. I find their scenes very boring and keep fast forwarding. If they are the end game what was the need to rush their falling in love phase.. Zaroon falling for saltanat just by seeing her outer appearance didnt make any sense.. If zaroon was serrounded by shy, conservative women like kainat all his life while he always dreamt of marrying a modern girl, then its understandable.. But he was born and brought up in canada.. He was serrounded by modern, smart, outgoing girls all his life but why is he acting like saltanat is the first modern, smart girl he has ever met.

Now coming to KaiZa.. Their story would have been interesting if kainat was shown taking a step back after his rejection..But the way its going right now, i am not enjoying it.

Completely agree with you. Seems like swaragini all over again with a different backdrop! Kainaat is like Ragini and swara like saltanat. Right now, it just seems to be going that way! I hope they handle it with none of them turning negative!

I am not yet losing interest but today's episode was boring.

First that water "romance" - hello!!! someone this is a very conservative household!!! then those Hamza family scenes took almost 1/3 of the episode.

Agree - I find Zaroon very human - good and bad all rolled in one.

Nah fam kainaat never interested me like her ott reaction after getting ristha was so distasteful. It seemed like only marriage is her end goal. She seriously needs to work on herself. I mean being shy and modest is fine but being gaga over a guy whom you haven't even met properly is disturbing. I mean the SP drama Yeh risthay hain pyar kay explores this concept that how can you say yes to the guy after one meeting, Also she is downright mean to her cousin sister Sultanat

The only two reasons I watched this show were

1) ishq subhan allah initial writer was writing it

2) rajveer singh was brilliant in his previous show.

I'm disappointed, especially with zaroon's character I still can't believe that he rejected kainaat because of one photo and how can he quickly make a judgement on clothes and specs. Zaroon fell in love quickly with salanat I still can't digest the facts

I'm better watching ishq suhan allah if this is the case of the show. At least the characters are shaped well unlike this and there is some content to see

I'm will give this show another chance for one week and quiet.

I agree.. atleast in the beginning they were good together till Laksh entered. But can't get rid of that dejavu feeling yet again with these two characters.
