I started this topic because i couldn't find Daayan forum. This is my bookmark.

Right now jhanvi's treatment of akarsh has nothing to do with taking him for granted, but trust, which akarsh broke in a major way. Not only is he willingly being an accomplice in his daayan mother's plan and helping her, he kidnapped jhanvi's niece for daayan's plan and that same daayan killed her bhabhi. How can akarsh not be held responsible and to be thought to be trusted or not to be at fault for everything daayan is doing when he is agreeing that he is with the daayan solely because she's his real mother? Jhanvi is treating akarsh with the mistrust that he himself caused. Before I didn't quite get why jhanvi ill-treated akarsh before marriage, but now her treatment makes sense. Akarsh becoming his akru old self doesn't make sense and akarsh knows he's in no position to show such attitude to her when he knows it is his own wrongdoings, manipulations and lies that are the reason why she's acting that way with him.

Regarding Jhanvi i guess we disagree on her.

Gotta say feel a little overwhelmed by your passionate response. You must be in a lot of turmoil seeing the gocha-mocha of Akarshvi relations. I don't know which post to answer.

I'll start with Akarsh. He's the positive guy in the negative role trying to be scary bad guy but also sympathetic good/romantic guy.

Confusing much ! 🙄

Think Heathcliff of Wuthering Heights.(He was the nasty villain & romantic hero). Although here its coming off as an awful mishmash.

Basically their attempts to whitewash his character makes him comes off as naive & inneffectual when he is infact shrewd , astute & akru.

But one thing that stays constant throughout is his undying love for Janvi which will never change.

They should have either kept him as negative but with sincere feelings for Jhanvi or Positive good guy cum romantic husband. Doing both roles simultaneously predictably he is doing terrible job of both.

Regarding him deceiving her this whole time not denying u there. My grouse is based on her treatment of him post reveal.

And i am ticked off at her. She's taken him for granted to an extreme level. I really didn't like her coercing him to flirt with another woman. She didn't even feel jealous when Satrupa started feeling her husband up.

She has been hard on his case post reveal some deservedly but mostly not. He has repeatedly put her & her family's safety at cost of his mission.

He gave up all his bargaining chips in front of Jhanvi. ( See Terrible Villain 😩) For all this she's been nagging him to death.

So sue me ! I have a soft spot for the Guy. I have this thing for henpecked husbands on ITv.

Satrupara - She's uncomplicated without any baggage. She accepts him for who he is. For now ya i want him to go with her.

This will be a kick in the pants to Jhanvi to buckle up. She needs to get Akarsh back & revive their love life which hasn't even been consumated yet. Don't know if that's ever going to happen🧐

Family drama- That's boring. I couldn't care about it.

Lastly we both are right in our respective places just our perspectives are different.

They have completely removed andtv chanel form main page.Understand your point but I would still say Akarsh character is so poorly written especially after his daayan revelation. He is confusing. One thing which is confirmed is him love for Jhanvi. But that doesn't take away the fact what all he is supporting his mother in all this. He is coming out stupid on first go to believe such broken story told by his mom.Can't dislike him because he has so much of goodness in him and I would say that is just because of his love for Jhanvi. It is only his love for Jhanvi that melts him down, else he is shown as brutal and him kidnapping rimpi, knowing that his mom killed so many people. I don't know what else would it take for him to realize that what his mom is doing is completely wrong. Even if he bileaves the story that his mom is some victim, that doesn't justify them making innocent kids suffer, taking life of so many innocent people.He was way more powerful when he was not revealed as Daayan. He had that strong vibes. Now he is simply reduced to yet another helpless son of TV. And honestly what all he has done with Jhanvi, justify Jhanvi's doubts on him especially when Jhanvi after her marriage with him she told him everything. She had genuinely as a wife trusted him and told him what all she was going through and what all she was fighting for, like her showing him the raj kaksh key, telling him all the times that daayan was there in the house. On other hand he not only hid his identity but actually just used these facts against her.His mother not only made Jhanvi suffer but even in front of Jhanvi's eyes did that converted Rimpi to shaitan.In short, Jhanvi doesn't trust him a bit now and that is because of him completely.As for Jhanvi's love for him again I would say just because she didnt go around shouting that she felt bad watching Aakarsh with Satrupa doesn't means she didnt feel bad. She felt awkward and her expressions did give a hint. And also we can't deny all the other things like she inspite of knowing that he made a fool of her, she still day dreams about him (jail scene where she day dreams about him) and then immediately before satrupa and Aakarsh dance, she was imagining herself dancing with Aakarsh.They have focused a lot of time she is just confused that is the Aakarsh who cared about her the real aakarsh or the one who just slapped her dragged her into jail is the real akarsh. But that doesn't means she doesn't love him. She could have escaped with her family leaving Aakarsh in pain but she didn't. She was so worried about him and ran back to safe him, and her desperation to save him and how she breaks down out in front of him when she sees him like this, it shows how much it breaks her when she sees him in pain instead of all the mistrust and family fights going on . That is love! Just because they didn't show her jealousy properly, we can't neglect all these things which happened after Aakarsh being daayan revelation.Honestly I find Jhanvi's character so nice. This girl literally doesn't care about her life but everyone else life. Sometimes I feel bad for what all she and her family has to go through she should just take her family and leave Ujjain, eventually Aakarsh will know the truth about his mom only when he sees it. He is completely showing blind eye to his Mom's evil doings. Right now not Jhanvi but Aakarsh needs to get on his feet and think wisely as he used to before.Her family is a mess. She has lost her elder sister because of Aakarsh's mom, she has seen her niece suffer out of hands of Daayan, her bhabhi dies and disappear into ashes because of Aakarsh' mom. And Aakarsh's mom has warned her that she would one by one kill all her family members. And everyone is captive in Aakarsh's hotel where they have fear that any moment one of them will be killed. After all this she knows Aakarsh is that Daayan's son who is responsible for his sister's death. And not just that but he is supporting the Daayan in the mission. She deserves to be atleast this upset from Aakarsh. He is her husband not some random guy. When she as a wife had revealed all her fears. plans, everything about herself to him, she expected same transparency in their relation from his side too.

I agree with the first point that Jhanvi has saved Akarsh twice and also she loves him a lot.Also somewhere I also feel their offscreen discomfort has affected their scenes.Jhanvi has already fallen head over heels with Akarsh and Akarsh too has only loved Akarsh. As for theit jodi, they do love each other deeply.Akarsh as daayan is honestly a very nice track if they explored it nicely. Understand your pov and ur dissapointment but such 500 years old male lead track are not that rare. There are vampire and simple girl love stories. It is just that cvs have not used the track nicly and instead they are just creating a confusing mess out of it. They have make Akarsh who was so strong wise and righteous person into a helpless male lead being fooled by his evil mom. They should have shown an even stronger Akarsh. But guess they will show i once he realizes what bad thing he is doing by helping and supporting his mom in all the evil doings.Jhanvi Aakarsh Satrupta love track again I would say looks like unesecary right now. Satrupa has so much more to give to the main story. Like she is the gardian of the manni, She is Raja's loved one and she knows Daayan too from 500 years back.Understand your dissatisfaction towards the current track. It looks completly boring to me too especially Akarshvi parts but then the thing is Akarshvi do love each other deeply. Their story is good and so much potential. Only if the show uses it properly.
