SOTY2 will go the Kalank way

I have this prediction for SOTY2 that it will go the Kalank way. It has such a thanda vibe and the songs are downright awful. The girls are mere eye-candy. Strange as it may sound, Tiger Shroff is the only redeeming factor, but he cannot act.

I have a feeling it will be one of the biggest flops. Opinions?

Keep the same energy when it releases. I will hold the receipt lol!

The audience is only accepting good content nowadays. The era of mindless action and gloss is over.

On one hand, there's a lot of negqtivity on Twitter against KJo.

If that translates into people refusing to watch.. it might affect the takings.

On the other hand, Tiger is very popular with the younger generations - and not only. And he has two new girls with him... And each song is being hyped (although a lot of criticism on that hype , too on SM).

So it could go both ways...

My thinking: it will do well but NOT AS WELL as, say it would have done before this huge backlash against KJo started. If , say, they predicted 150 cr, maybe this does 100 cr.. (this is an example, no clue what budget/predictions for SOTY2 are).

SOTY 2 looks utterly trashy but it wont crash as hard as Kalank

Tiger has a fan following amongst youth so younger crowd will watch it for him but neutral audience will reject it because of lack of content, single screens wont like it as it lacks the massy masala action that they prefer.

Soty trailer seems ok but after the first one I have no hope as the original had a dumb story
