I never thought she would be doing so well after her random 3-year break followed by the disastrous tringle: Meri Pyaari Bindu / Golmaal Again / Namaste England.

But Kesari is a big hit, and her next release is with Sid with whom she enjoyed a great chemistry in HTP plus after that she has Sandeep Aur Pinky with a very competent director, so I'm expecting her best role in YEARS. Not to mention the Saina biopic next year.

The remake may/ will flop in India as Parineeti has absolutely zero BO pull.

However, the original movie was a HIT at the box office. So yeah, there's that.
