But in the show, they showed that Mauli and Nandini were separated for 7 years, Mauli did not start her MBBS before she had a fight with Nandini, so 5+3 = 8 + The time needed to do 100 successful surgeries

Doesn't fit in the timeline of this show, and we are not discussing a real life scenario.

I am talking about what they told us, I remember Nandini mentioned that she and Mauli studied in 12th grade together and Nandini got married after 12th grade so she couldn't complete her education.

there's no logic with age in ITV...so we shouldn't stress. Realistically speaking the time frame..was supposed to be 18 start medical school..23 finish , two years housemanship, start specializing at 25...finish 4 to 5 years later..so around 29 or 30..so Kunal and Mauli must have been in their early 30s when he met nandu...and that is their real age as well..well Aditi is actually older than Shakti..she's 35 I think ..and he's 32 or 33...

Relationship is 6 months old, she is not 6 years old. What she is doing to veer is totally totally wrong.
