Why sameer love naina so much? Because of her immense love for him & she never gives up on him. He loves her madly because of her never giving up attitude which he craved for as vishakha always abandoned him. When naina broke up with him it was the worst phase of his life. Again when naina said she is going to her mayka leaving him actually made him irritated because Sameer doesn't want to go through that trauma again.😭
