Yeah.Its wrong to label a Sexual offender as Mental. Mental illness has nothing to do with Sexual harassment. Else, every offender can claim it. In Kangana's case, she feigned mental illness in her mails as an excuse to stalk. Like a back up plan. Just like she uses her Sister's account to abuse and later, when confronted says 'Oh she is hormonal". She is Evil and Criminal.
