As requested by his family, In August, 2009, he changed the spelling of his last name from Devgan to Devgn.

Allegedly has starred in most number of shelved' movies (if compared to other top-actors), like - "Challia(1997) with Tabu, "Gulel(2008) with Sushmita Sen, "Asar - The Impact(2004) with Priyanka Chopra, and several other untitled movies..!!!

A roommate of mine was fortunate enough to attend some Bollywood parties . What she saw was :

1. Almost every one is into drugs. Hrithik Roshan and Suzanne Khan are huge druggies.
2. Ajay Devgan is quite the flirty kind and is completely contrasting to the nice husband image he has with Kajol.

Other random stuff : Sara Jane Dias is a sweet and friendly person to all her staff. (Source: Dated someone who knew her)

Deepika Padukone is a huge romantic . Also very clingy ( This was when she was dating S Mallya and he was hospitalized) She was fired by the staff to back off from the patient.

Kareena and karishma kapoor are some of the few actors who look stunning even without makeup.

Bipshasha Basu and John Abraham few years back used to come for liposuction regularly at a top hospital in Mumbai.

Even Hrithik used to get liposuction done in Mumbai some years back..for creating the chiselled look and cuts between abs and stuff.

I have worked briefly for a talent management firm with my cousin, what I found was.

1.) most celebs are in it for the money - they try to oversell patriotism, coolness, romance but deep down its all about money. if you love an actor because he is nice or intelligent (its a well thought out pr plan). its all money.

2.)struggling or starting actors who have just started - try to be thick with directors who have deals with production house for 2 to 3 movies. this means everything from shooting cocaine to bunga bunga parties. think of the famous director who used drives in a merc and is not straight - he at times parties for 18 to 24 hrs straight !!

3.) a flop negates the impact ofof three hits, until and unless your not an a list actor. and if you deliver around 4/6 flops without a decent movie in between, consider your career done (this rule doesnt apply to bacchan, khans etc.)

4.) production houses like yrf/excel or whichever treats a small actor like shit. they end up on ads or tv in 5 to 15 yrs.

5.) khan's change the script and have a big influence on the director, if their way is not done the career of the director is over. almost all reviews are bought so if you have ever read an srk movie and found it to be like dilwale ... guess what the review was bought

6.) almost all are superstitious - they meet astrologers, get readings and what not. they dont work with abhishek/preity/suniel shetty or someone whose time is gone easily

7.) if you marry with saif/salman/bachhan/kapoor's sister - consider that you will get 1/2 movies like go goa gone , fukrey or any other to pivot your career. if you make it great,else forget it.

8.) talent managers will tell you how difficult it is to handle an actor when his film flops and they have to face public.

9.) sleeping with young girls who are 20/30 yrs younger is common because she wants a role and you want to bang her.

10.) they have the worst tantrum (much worse than kids) - they can stop shootings for any stupid reason. an a list actor was feeling nervous while shooting an action scene in malaysia and didn't do it till the time he didnt get a joint.

11.) people are incredibly fake. Deepika padukone dumped nihaar pandya when she realized that after om shaanti om her value had sky rocketed. she was being wooed by you know who.

12.) bad education - most are pathetic at maths/algebra/science or anything which requires slight amount of cognitive senses
