Is it really her PR? Because she's not coming off good here. The blind talks about how he's getting more work and is bestowed by female colleagues, which can interpreted as very innocent. She has noteworthy histrionics which could mean attention seeking and throws tantrums.

Also this negates the original narrative that he dumped her because he got famous.

Don't know how true this is but Vicky has obviously been very busy with his work lately and will continue to be in the near future.There obviously must have been some time management issues and maybe Harleen got insecure as well.
