btw..if aakarsh is daayan's son shouldn't his father be that king but that king didn't even react like he is seeing his son n his role is also over...

I guess it was because the daayan didn't mention that he was his father. If Daayan can just marry him for mani she can do that to anyone. ANd also I think, the circumstances were not such that he would think that "Oh, but he is my son". He has already been there for 500 years and he wanted to just go away and save the others from the Daayan's evil intentions. That is what I feel. But Akarsh is Raaja's son because Akarsh is aryavanshi and after marrying him Jhanvi got the powers to use mangalsutra to kill daayan.

the twist they brought isn't looking like a trp garner rather even those who are watching the show for akarshvi will be quitting now...

Actually till yesterday episode, there were still hopes that may be Akarsh is just helping the Daayan for Jhanvi (Their mind conversation during that scene when soch na sake was played) but he was all happy about the maksad and all and seeing Rimpi in pain. That just made me think that there is no chance of Akarshvi now. Even if they love each other, I as akarshvi fan also don't want them together. Better they end the show with showing Jhanvi living with her family happily may be away from Ujjain and continuing her education. As for Akarsh, even if he realizes how he was wrong completely, it doesn't justify all what he is involved in. Either they will kill his character or just punish him by forever separating him from Jhanvi in some way. May be Jhanvi losing her memory for ever or something, or killing Jhanvi in the end in process of saving the kids.

Exactly,They may just lose the loyal viewers as well.

Though I initially thought it might be because of Mohit and Tinaa's discomfort offscreen in performing together, but their couple scenes have actually improved. Holi sequence, then last week Jhanvi taking care of Akarsh, even yesterday episode. They are being thorough professionals and giving scenes nicely, keeping everything aside. It looks like bringing new entries and all and showing Akarsh as daayan seems to be to improve the trps. As there is a whole lot promotion going on now a days about Akarsh turning out to be Daayan and the two new entries, one being a very well known actress Aashka.

Because he actually considers the daayan his mother and calls her maa as well, and even today said that he won't spare jhanvi for coming in the way of his mother yet can't get himself to kill jhanvi. He is on the daayan's side because she is his mother hence doesn't use his powers against daayan so far but if he decides his loyalty lies with jhanvi and not his mother then that day he would easily kill the daayan with his powers.

This being blindly loyal to mother track is so cliche now a days on Indian TV. Firstly male lead mothers are always made out and out negative and then the male is supporting them because she is his mother. It's like this in every other TV show.

Even if she is his mother, he is wise enough to know what is right and what is not. She has already tortured kids, killed 4 people in just this short span of time which Jhanvi came to live in Ujjain. I still feel his character is mature enough to know whats wrong and whats not. I hope he is secretly planning to go against his mom. He doesn't needs to use his powers against his mom if he is so emotionally attached, but he should also not be her partner in all the bad deeds she is doing.
