Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt's mother Soni Razdan has showcased her acting prowess in many popular films including Raazi, Patiala House, and Yours Truly. Currently, she is promoting her forthcoming film No Fathers in Kashmir, directed by Oscar-nominated Ashvin Kumar. While promoting the film, Soni in an interview expressed her desire to move to Pakistan.

According to Times Now, she talked about the Kashmir dispute, stating that the region is losing its cultural balance and she does not want India to become a "Hindu nation. Soni who has always been vocal about crucial matters added that whenever she brings such issues to the forefront, she is labelled a "traitor or anti-national and people suggest that she should move to Pakistan.

In response to her trolls, she said that she'll be delighted to move to Pakistan.

"Ab jab main aisi baatein karti hoon toh log mujhe deshdrohi kehkar Pakistan bhejna shuru kar dete hain. Kabhi kabhi main sochti hoon ki haan, mujhe Pakistan hi chale jana chahiye, main bohat khush rahungi Pakistan jaakar, wahan khana bhi bohat achha hai. Yahan toh bhagate hain log mujhe, bohat baar mujhe logon ne kaha ki tum Pakistan jaao, lekin meri tarah ki soch rakhne wale bohat zyada log hain, isliye mujhe isse koi zyada fark nahi padta hai ki kaun kya kehta hai.

(Whenever I talk about such issues, people want me to move to Pakistan. Sometimes I think that yeah, I should, in fact, move to Pakistan, I would be extremely happy there, the food there is extremely delicious. People are always trying to send me away by saying that you should go to Pakistan but, there are many people who think like me which is why I don't really care about what people have to say.)

When questioned if her comment about moving to Pakistan would result in further trolling on social media she added that she would only go to Pakistan for vacation, eat the delicacies there and return to India.

I agree with her on Hindu Nation. India should remain a secular state. Other statement is kind of a joke on how everyone with unpopular opinions is asked to go to Pakistan , I guess.
Anyways.. the headline is more of a click-bait. But she will be heavily criticized for it. I hope she doesn't get death threats after this.

Sometimes these so called stars have valid points but they really don't know how to put it forward without pissing anyone off.

I don't see the big deal, it is offensive to keep telling every Indian who is Muslim to go to Pak when they talk about secularism. You are just proving the other country right in that case, I think that's the bigger issue. She is just responding to hate but yah could be publicity as well.

Just wondering if there is someone like Karan Johar in Pakistan who can support the Bhatt's?

She is a great actress, but I think she pays off Filmfare. Her rich husband makes sure she is taken care of. What do you think?
