I'd take her as she is

Rewrite her origin story

Make her a modern day business woman adjusting to her life as chudail.

Make Ranasa her 500 yr old ex. Yup she was his first love.

Have her meet him respect his hapiness but plot to borrow him to give her mukti from her Immortality.

She wouldn't be good - way too boring !

No she'd be sly selfish self centered self but not despo nor Evil.

There would be new characters.

Oh the possibilities Mohini is a fascinating character. Wasted in a soap opera set up in my opinion.

That would be a very different and interesting story line, Alisha! 😃 In a web series, Mohini could be selfish outwardly due to the circumstances she is living under, but good, sweet and kind deep down inside! 👏 If only someone were to remake Manmohini with the story line you suggested into a web series and upload it onto YouTube.

You're always drawn to the misunderstood but dangerous heroine.

But i was thinking in terms of Lucifer.

He is as self centered as they can get but u wouldn't call him evil.

And a completely different genre than romance .

Woman is wasted to be confined to just love.

Mohini is too talented for that

Oh, I see what you are getting at now! Earlier, I was thinking Mohini to be similar to Anamika Malhotra from Anamika or Paridhi Modi from Saath Nibhaana Saathiya. But you were thinking of something different. Yes, that would be interesting!

Though a grey shaded Mohini would be interesting as well.
