Harshad the King of Romance

I have just completed Harshad's entire repertoire of serials..all except his first appearance in Mamta which I was unable to find on any site. Having seen them all from LRL,KDMHMD,Tere Liye, DP,DSDDSB, Humsafars to his last Bepannah one thing is clear...that no one can enact romance as lucidly as he does.And he has been improving with every act from Cadet Ali Baig to Prem /Gaurav, Anurag,Mohan, Raghav,Sahir and the best as Aditya.Had me thinking of an opinion poll by his fans here...each show has the inevitable Suhag Raat .

Which SR did you like most ?

The answer will of course depend on the chemistry between the two leads ...so let us hear the views.

Bepannah...even though we never got it, I know 110% it would have been my favorite because what scenes we did it get was straight fire...SR would have required a fire department

In the same vein as your topic, I think HC truly is a hit pair maker...him and aditi created a craze back in the day...usually stuff like that isnt duplicated again but I find it's the same level with Jenshad now...he has this ability to connect with costars on screen seamlessly

It's always delight to watch Harshad in romantic scenes. It feels like he is truely falling in love onscreen.

No there was no SR but the lead upto happened numerous times and those were pulsating moments on screen created by Jenshad.If the serial had not terminated so abruptly we would have had the best in BP of course.. I think HC has implied this in an interview ...that they achieved only a percentage of what they could have.

My favorite is Anurag Tani. Not only SR but in every romantic scenes they were fire. They had raw chemistry.

Then I like Prem Heer. There is a reason why people were & still are crazy for them.

Third is Raghav Sia. What a beautiful couple! They had different kind of chemistry, it was more about emotional connect & they were subtle.

I too found Anu/Tani romance very realistic ...perhaps because Anupriya could match his talent.

Harshiti were ok but I did not agree with most on HC SJ pairing.

Rather than the SG I prefer the lead up to it. Harshad is really good at portraying falling in love.

One of the most best falling in love at first scenes I have ever seen is a toss up between Prem / Heer and Jhanvi / Raghu (depending on my mood). This is what frustrated me about Bepannah: we never really got that wow moment of Aditya falling in love with Zoya as he fell in love with her offscreen and the realisation was a bit of a damp squib.

Humsafars SR. That was too passionate and HC just burned the screen.
