Investigation happens when there is a allegation And that allegation Must be by aggrieved party or in public interest Here there were No allegation Only media gossip, Sadly Law doesn't work that way, a character of a individual is Not a scoop!!!

What investigation will take place when the Girl is Saying the news is wrong. N Sushant did give some prove too on his Instagram as soon as the news came out. N the Girl denied it later too. The Media cooked up stories or It was true is something we never will know.
