Licking her lips, she swallowed the juices in her mouth tosoothe her hoarse dry throat. Not able and willing to wake up she scrunched hernose then slowly tried to open her eyes.
'Main kahan hoon?' she slurred in half sleep trying torecognize her surroundings but could not.
"Good morning sleeping beauty". She heard a manly soultouching voice and looked in its direction.
She saw the image of a handsome face in the mirror he waslooking as he groomed himself. She smiled on seeing such a handsome view firstthing in the morning after waking up. The face perfectly matched the voice bothtouched her soul. Her lips automatically curled upwards into a sweet smile.
'Wait a minute! Why is he wearing a bath robe? Why does helook freshly bathed? Where am I? Who is he? Why am I here? Why am I with him?' "Ah!she clutched her throbbing head.
He came and plopped on the bed very close making her moveback. His eyes had a mischief in them. His eyes' she could drown in them. Anaughty smile played on his lips. His lips' she would love hers to play withhis. She shut her eyes and shook her head to get rid of her thoughts. What thehell am I thinking about?!' She opened her eyes feeling his finger tap on hernose.
She quickly lowered her eyes when they met his. Nervously bitingher lower lip and her breathing ragged she asked him "Main... aap... yahan... kyun...kaise...aise...? just as the last word barely slipped out of her mouth she feltsomething missing. She looked down and quickly pulled the sheet to cover hercamisole clothed upper body.
"Yaad nahi ya bhoolne ka natak kar rahi ho? Khair jo bhi ho.Kal ki raat mujhe humesha yaad rahegi aur main tumhe kabhi nahi bhooloonga. It wasreally fun. I didn't know the meaning of fun. Tumne mujhe sikhaya. He smiledat her.
"R..r..a..a..t? F...f..u..uu...n? she looked at him tears aboutto fall. "Yes, raat, fun! Thank you for all the fun. He got up after naughtilylooking at the messed up bed and then her. She looked at the bed and tears fellfrom her eyes.
The door bell rang and he received their clothes back fromthe hotel laundry. "Get dressed I will buy you breakfast then drop you off. Heput her clothes in the washroom. She gotup clinging to the bed-sheet and dashed to the washroom. Inside she slowlylowered to the floor and cried hiding her face between her knees. Outside hesmiled like never before.
