According to Indian law A person can't be declared dead if his body is not found. If his body is not found until 7 years then he declared dead.
Suraj body was not found. That's mean according to law Chakor is still married to Suraj. Then how can she marry Raghav. This is illegal na. Chakor Raghav relationship is totally illegal.
One more point
When Suraj body was not found Ek baar bhi Chakor ne ye Kyu nahi socha ki ho sakta hai wo zinda ho? When she found Suraj Mojri and pursue in jungle why she never think that suraj must be alive and will come back. Koi use bacha ke le gaya ho ye bhi to ho sakta tha na. Kyu nahi socha chakor ne.
