Don't know about best but Deepika Padukone is definitely the worst. I haven't watched a recent film of hers but in the one's I've watched (except OSO) it sounds like she's trying to hold back tears whilst talking.

You should have Vidya on this list. She's the best we have right now.

Amongst the ones you listed, will probably go with Kareena. The rest all are pretty bad in my opinion.

Current generation must be the worst group when it comes to dialogue delivery.

Every generation used to have one or two (like Hemamalini). If they were too bad, they had dubbing artists (like Sridevi).

But here we have Katrina with English accent (at last, she is able to speak Hindi now), Deepika speaking thick South Indian (but I understand her well, being one), Sonam with her screechy voice. Cannot understand 80% of what Kangana speaks with her fast and unclear tone.

People like Vidya and Urmila are difficult to find.
