Akarsh had red lipstick marks on his collar and neck on his right side. 🤢 Bloody nandini I think or unless those are fake just to make jhanvi jealous.

I think these are just to make Jhanvi jealous. He must have known that Jhanvi was coming. But it's getting too much now. Nandini doesn't know that Akarsh is just doing fake engagement with her and that he is planning to marry Jhanvi and not her. Even though Nandini's intentions are being slowly revealed in front of Jhanvi but Akarsh still doesn't know about it. And if he hasn't made it clear to Nandini from starting, then it would come out really bad.
