I think Jyoti will know Akash's truth, she may hear him threatening Chakor or talking to the new inspector about Rajjo's staged accident.

Jyoti is too weak a character to help Chakor, she'll be intimidated by Akash.

I suspected that the call was recorded, because Chakor never answered back, it would've been easy to expose the trick if she asked him questions.

The name of the new inspector is probably a typo, if his name is also Raghav then some twist will be related to this.

I think only the last call during confrontation can be recorded one.

All the other times,blackmailer replied when Raghav threatened him.

But the voice was different to Akash and there was someone with him on bike.

So may be Akash hiding something and someone helping him.

Yes, I meant the last call, but this was used by Akash to prove to everyone that he's innocent.
