The difference being that Surbhi did it because she is malicious and sree did it because he gets provoked easily but not out of malice or with the intent of provoking the shit out of someone to the point that you bring out the worst in them. Therein lies the difference.

KV is such a disappointment in the show, it's not HC fault that they use him it's KV fault who let them use him.
