Did excessive Botox and surgeries kill Sridevi?

I know it's not right to discuss about a dead person but Sridevi death was really shocking given she was already doing movies when the tragedy happened. Did her ambition to look younger resulted in her death? Because she looked really beautiful but also looked like a plastic and fake.

Whatever procedures she had done most recently before her demise did not look great. I'm sure she was really insecure about that. Like really really really insecure. I shall stop there. Speculating about someone after their death is a downward spiral.
