If they really want to do justice, the suspension period should be increased to atleast 5 years. And if the so called superstars are really holier than thou, as they pose, no one should work with him in future. Then only it would send a strong message for others who try to abuse their powers.

One year? Seriously ??? He should be suspended for 5 years at least, that will definitely take a toll on him and he will be forgotten...
All these so called stars who are denying to work with him today might line up in a year... All a sham...
