I agree..from consoling Sree and up-lifing his mood to going to Dipika asking for apology. ..Romil actually came out looking good.

What I loved was how efficiently he handled a very serious topic in a very light-hearted way while still sounding very genuine.

I apologize if I missed something (they do cut out scenes in the US) but he just came and sat next to Dipika and made a few jokes about him lying down and letting her thrash him. Where exactly did he utter the words I'm genuinely sorry that you were offended by my jokes? If he hasn't said sorry then IMO there is no reason for anyone to be tipping their hats to Romil. He is still an arrogant MCP.

It's natural for someone to apologize after calming down and realizing they might have been wrong. How many people apologize right away when they are angry as well?

Actions speak louder than words..his whole demeanour screamed of how ashamed he was. Its not always about blurting out a meaningless sorry to close the topic. Its all about realizing ones mistake and taking some action to clear the air...why otherwise would he ask Deepika to hit him if that would make her feel better.

PS: coming from a neutral viewer...not a fan

Hippo I saw yesterday's episode and noticed one thing. ye Romil jab kisi se baat kar raha hota hai ya fir kisi ko samjha raha hota hai to beech beech me tirchi aankh se idhar udhar dekhta rehta hai. In my experience these kind of people are expert in making fun of people behind their backs even if they talk sweetly to them on their face...
