Kunal will probably be shown to have returned bcos he has some fatal illness. He may have come back to return his daughter to the family

lol I don't think that we will be granted that blessing 😆. Nandini according to voiceovers died from cancer ..so I don't think they'll Also give Kunal a terminal illness. They will bring him back, make him all sweet and humble and whitewash his character and reunite with Mauli . They will probably make Ishaan who was so perfect ...a villain 😆 in an attempt to get us to accept Kunal 😆
