Why are people surprised at sara getting multiple movies?

Even in 80s and 90s all starkids and even non starkids had multiple releases in their debut year itself. Srk got 5 films before his debut, he signed them all

Imo she has already wasted 5yrs as their shelf life is limited compared to heroes. Faltu ki degree ka kya karna hain? Even if movies flop she won't quit and just work in some bank. Raees log most likely marry a businessman if all else fails

Say whatever you want about starkids I don't care. But you actually had the gall to compare Shah with them lol. For your information, those 5 films did not land up from nowhere. Shah worked his ass off on television for years. Fauji, Circus and even small parts in several shows. Abhimanyu Rai was famous in so many circuits. Fauji is considered a cult television show for many reasons. He got those movies on his merit alone. People wanted him in movies years before his debut but he wasn't interested. So when he did come to Bombay he was offered several films at one go. He wasn't an overnight sensation. He worked hard for it. So comparing with starkids is just the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen here.

And this entire degree talk is so condescending. I have never seen a talk like this when it came to a man/actor here. Y'all are discussing shelf lives of actresses with so much aplomb while supporting buddhas. I am glad Sara completed her education. I hope every woman in an industry like Bollywood comes with a degree. Not everyone girl will make it and not everyone is a starkid who will get constant chances. So it is a safety net for many.

Sara ki waise bhi ash hai... degree or no degree...career or no career. She would lead a luxurious life even if she sits at home and does nothing.

I don't think getting a degree is ever a bad idea even if you are not putting it to any use. I think people who have never had higher education miss out a whole lot in life. She has studied in an illustrious university, something that many youngsters die to do. I am sure she had a blast in her uni life and something she doesn't regret. It helps ofcourse that she has a rich family and funding college education was never a problem.

As far as losing shelf life goes. She doesn't strike me as super ambitious really that she would fret over not starting younger. And Bollywood is changing in the kind of roles women get. By the time Sara hits 35 age might become a non issue.
