From what I see, Ishaan is totally friend zoned at this moment from her side. He is into her but not she. She is aware of his feelings, knows about his intentions and is even thinking about it but is not ready to take that step. The reason for this is two fold: first her fear of getting betrayed again. If kunal, with whom she had such a long and perfect relationship and who was so loving that people use him and their pair as an example, can betray her, then what's the guarantee Ishaan would not turn out to be same. Second, her residual feelings for Kunal and she is till stuck on him. Yes she hates him now but what is hate but the other side of love. I guess in a way, like us, she is till waiting for him to come back and apologize for his mistake and acknowledge that she was his love and Nandini a mistake. See, whatever happened was so sudden and so fast that it would be impossible for a person to get a grip, especially as she saw the love of her life doing a 180 degree turn where one moment everything was fine and next, he just did not care for her anymore. Maybe it's ego, may be its love, may be its. a human tendency but that closure is needed for anyone and only meeting Kunal can give her that.

In the true sense, this second meeting will tell her whether she has truly moved on or still has some feelings for Kunal. Kunal still missing Nandini will also play a big role here. I would not begrudge her, if she is still has feelings for Kunal because love is blind and this show is the prime example of this fact. 😆

I also get a feeling that she is completely scared of meeting Kunal again and that's because she fears rejection.First time, she almost broke but this time the rejection might come from mishti when she finds out that her mother had lied. That scene where Mishti gets angry with Mauli was purposely done to show us, as viewers, how fragile their relationship is. On the other hand, Kunal is being very good to Pari. When Mauli sees that, she is going to go on a guilt trip because she deprived Mishti of that love, however valid her reasons were. At this point, Kunal might play a significant role to give her that closure as well as bridge that gap as frankly his actions are to be blamed for her lying.
