Maan Geet reached their destination. It was evening and the two plan to explore the places nearby. They went to a cafe nearby. "Maan, can I ask you something, She said. "Yes Geet, He said. "I ...I heard that you are feared in the business world ...is it true, She asked nervously not wanting to offend him.
"Do I look that scary to you, He laughed. "I..I'm sorry if I offended you but I heard that so ...was just curious, She said. "I'm not offended Geet...it is true what you have heard but that is my professional life...anything else you want to ask...I just bought us here to spend some time together ...it has been two months since I met you and I vouch that never had I been this happy in my life as I'm with you ...in time I will tell you everything, He said. She was relieved hearing his words...she now again compared Maan with Daksh who hated if she asked any questions from him ...he turns into a different person when she did once.
Daksh returned home late from office once and Geet waited for him as it was their second wedding anniversary. When he entered he looked worn off ...and drunk. "Daksh, I'm happy you are back, you remember its our wedding anniversary today right, She said. "I'm tired and I'm going to sleep we will talk about it later, He said trying to dodge her. "I prepared all your favorite food ...I thought we can celebrate it together, She tried again. "Can't you see I'm tired and what is it with preparing food and all you got servants to do that, He said irritated. Geet held back the tears that formed in her beautiful eyes.
She tried to make everything special for them ...but well may be he is tired she thought and helped him get to their room. She ate the food alone and then went to sleep. Next day, she was reading the newspaper when she saw a girl with him. She was angered and decided to question him.
"What is this...you said you were in the office...and here you are posing with another woman, She said showing him the newspaper. He didn't answer and continued to dress up for office. "I'm talking to you, She said. "So what will you do if I'm with another girl, He smirked.
"How could you ..., She said not believing what she heard. "Listen to me Geet, He said in a dangerous whisper. "I can do whatever I want and if you dare question me again, it won't be good for that pretty little face of yours, He finished. "I'm going to my brother, I will not live with you, She said turning to go but was pulled back by him. "You my Princess are not going anywhere...you are mine and only mine and I won't let you get out of my golden cage so be a good wife and ask the servant to get my coffee, He said twisting her hand and then leaving her with a jerk making her fall on the bed.
"Hey, where are you lost, He asked seeing her sitting quietly. "Ah, nothing just thinking about my work ...I don't have much employees so I hope everything is going well, She lied. "Do you want me to send my people to help them, He asked. "Nooo..., She said but then mellowed down when Maan looked up confused at her reaction. "I mean no, it will be fine, She said. "So Geet what else do you like when you are not working, He asked. "I was good at music and dance when I was in school but I left all that, She said. "Really, that is good, but why did you leave, He asked. "Umm...business things and all ...I don't get time, She lied. She did as Daksh won't let her ...as he was insanely possessive of her. "What do you like, She asked. "I'm more of an indoor person...actually I became one after I lost my sister and grandmother in an accident, He said. "I..I'm sorry to bring out sad memories for you, She said. "No, don't be ...I wanted to tell you about this ...I never spoke of that incident to anyone ever since their death, He said. He knew Shaina will never understand how he feels as she only thinks of herself, a thing he realized after few years of their marriage. "I'm happy you confide in me, She smiled. "I do Geet...give me some more time I will tell you everything, He said. They had their lunch and retired to their rooms.
Shaina grinned seeing the young man before her. "Hi darling, did you miss me, She winked. "Shaina...if Maan finds out about us ..., He said worried. He knew his master's temper and that he was sleeping with his wife will not definitely go down well with him. "Oh come on Rohan, that moron couldn't find out anything ...he didn't even understand how his granny and sister disappeared...and once I have this child ...he will be joining them, She smirked. "But...I don't.., He tried but she stopped him. "Hey can you get me eat something..and then we can go on our little night adventure...what say, She grinned evilly. Rohan went out to get something for her to eat. Shaina turned to the mirror and put a hand on her belly, "Soon very soon you will be born and I will just blame it on Maan and that righteous fool will be tricked again thinking it to be his baby when its Rohan's and then I will get rid of both of this child and Maan and getting what I always desired. Rohan was shocked out of his wits knowing it was his baby that dirt bag was carrying. He had always been against killing the baby even if was Maan's like she told him as he thought to adopt that child but now knowing what this witch was planning he was infuriated. "That dirt bag said it was Maan's and now she is planning to kill my child...I won't let that happen, He pledged.
Maan and Geet prepared to explore the city the next morning. They were enjoying the various sites. They visited the Colosseum and took pictures there. Geet then went to look for a few things which she wanted to buy for her brother and his family. She looked around and gathered a few items. Maan looked at her and saw that she never took anything for herself. Maan looked at dress and thought it would look good on her. "Come, let's take a look there, He said. "Maan, what do you want from there, She asked as it was a ladies store. "No more questions just come on, He said entering it.
"Sir, May I help you, A young saleswoman approached them. "Ah yes, can I have that dress, He said pointing at a certain dress. "Wonderful choice, Sir, it has been designed by a really famous designer, She said. Geet looked on ridiculously as she bought the dress. "Here go and try it, Maan said handing it over to her. "Maan, I can't take this, She hesitated looking at the price tag which was approximately one million. "Geet, please I think it will look great on you don't worry about the price, He insisted. "Alright, but I will pay you for this and no arguments, Geet said. Maan gave up trying to argue with such a woman. She was amazing had he met her before he would have definitely married her. His so called wife would always ask him for costly gifts and credit cards while this woman is telling him that she would pay him. His thoughts were broken once she came out. "Madame, you look beautiful in this dress, The saleswoman praised.
She looked up to him and he smiled, "You look beautiful."Thank you, She smiled. They got the dress and went ahead but Geet was shocked when she heard a voice... "Geet'.
