How will Kunal know misti's truth

I was thinking how will Kunal know misti's truth hope not in this way.

Oh god no. That's way too dramatic. The best way is that after coming to know that her daughter is spending time with him. She goes and directly tells him to stop entertaining her daughter as he is not the father. And after that kunnu dear will doubt mauli again and find out the Misti is his daughter.

i think it has something to do with medical issue only

Kunal is going to assume Mauli-Ishaan are married and Mishti is Ishaan's daughter. I think Mishti being Kunal's daughter will come out due to some medical issue she has an accident and needs blood or gets something like cancer and needs a matching bone marrow.

Since when did this show write such dramatic things? With the way this leap is going something underwhelming

I don't want bone marrow issues...just to save her daughter mauli have to go back to kunal...as bone marrow donor can be given by siblings(blood related)...i don't want that to happen...it will crush mauli's soul...getting intimate with the same man whom broke her heart in pieces...whom doubt her pregnancy...whom wanted the kid doesn't exist...no bone marrow issues

Maybe it could be that Ishan and Kunal become good friends. When Ishan will propose to Mauli, Kunal will find out that Ishan and Mishti's mom are not married then some how he sees Mauli and Ishan. connects two dots (considering he has a brain) that Mishti is his and Mauli's daughter. I don't want any bone marrow issues.

Just a guess seen similar track in Kasauti Zindagi Ki 1 and recently in Aapke Aa Jane Se. In both the shows the illness led to Anurag and Sahil finding out that they are the father
