How does all the 'good' work Salman does get publicised so strongly?

So Salman's court hearing is coming soon.

Now we have news of our 'angelic' (?) hero met a kid battling with cancer.

I wonder how these news articles get published so strongly every time?

I am sure the poor he does favors on don't have the power or connection to get things published on such a large scale.

Please explain someone. I am so confused. 🤔
